NGMRSC offers track from two manufacturers in three gauges, four product families, and five named scale-gauge combinations.

NGMRSC charges customers fixed shipping rates depending on value (with free shipping for larger orders). Orders from the United States are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) so that customers are not required to pay any unexpected tariffs or customs charges on delivery. United States customers can expect to pay only the advertised prices and shipping rates. Any duties automatically applied at checkout will be promptly funded by NGMRSC.

NGMRSC caters to modelers and prototypes from throughout the world, while being based and shipping from Canada. “England and America are two countries divided by a common language” ... is as much true in the model railway / railroad sphere as any other. NGMRSC attempts to use North American terminology, thus: "turnouts" (for "points); "ties" (for "sleepers", "model railroading" (for "railway modelling") and so on.
